Summer already seems to be over!

Dang.. that was a short one! So late to start and so early to end.... summer leaving breaks my heart!

It was one year ago this weekend that I started my EPIC Portland to San Fran bike ride. I miss those days! Now, I am stuck in bum-fuck-nowhere-Washington with little to do but jackoff!

Going to Whistler might just be your BEST DAY EVER!

The Traverse

The students at the Curlew Job Corps wanted to use the rock climbing walls. But the anchors were not safe. So, I started to work on a traverse project. They said they wanted to climb "up". That what I was working on was easy or not real climbing, yet almost two weeks later, only 7 of them can do it!

I think it is kind of ironic

I think that it is kind of ironic that I work at an old Air Force station!

My father's brother served at Hill Air Force Base. My sister's father worked at Hill air Force Base. My mom's dad was a test pilot during WWII. His son was a flight engineer on Air Force II. I am officially 4-F (not acceptable for work with the U.S. military).
