The Traverse
The students at the Curlew Job Corps wanted to use the rock climbing walls. But the anchors were not safe. So, I started to work on a traverse project. They said they wanted to climb "up". That what I was working on was easy or not real climbing, yet almost two weeks later, only 7 of them can do it!

I think it is kind of ironic
I think that it is kind of ironic that I work at an old Air Force station!
Curlew Air Force Station
My father's brother served at Hill Air Force Base. My sister's father worked at Hill air Force Base. My mom's dad was a test pilot during WWII. His son was a flight engineer on Air Force II. I am officially 4-F (not acceptable for work with the U.S. military).

My old grade school went to a uniform policy!

WOW! I use to just joke about there being a "snowball" zone!

I remember my 5th-grade class performing with ukuleles!

This performance reminds me that the little ukulele is a powerful instrument!

A look back
This was a few years ago, but I just came across it again. My best cradle run ever shot by my friend Don!
